lovely stay close to everything
good breakfast helpful staff well kept room
i found the breakfast good. i appreciated the staff's willingness to assist with directions! the superior double room was well kept. i thought the location allowed easy access to many attractions.
the in-room television seemed a bit small for the room size.

grand canal efficient staff superb location
the location was superb. it was just steps from the grand canal. the hotel staff was very cute. david at the reception greeted me efficiently.

clicking sounds cramped room
the breakfast had acceptable choices and seemed plentiful. it wasn't bad but wasn't great.
The ac, oh boy, it clicked all night. i swear the noise was some sort of cruel joke. the room wasn't big either. A little cramped even for me.

I enjoyed the breakfast served directly to the suite. The location proved very convenient for exploring the area. I also liked that the staff offered helpful directions to different sites. Super tidy.
The air conditioning made clicking sounds. It woke me up, frustrating. The TV was a bit small.
